 The general manager of the Company, Mladen Vusurovic, MA, is its founder as well as the owner, who, established it, after 9 years of experience in banking in JUBANKA, Belgrade, where he worked as a director with special authorizations and responsibilities. He has managed to transmit to the personnel his enthusiasm and energy, with which he entered the new business. The greatest asset of the Company is its personnel. There are
nine employees with an average age of 34, with excellent educational background:
1 MA, postgraduate in monetary economics and banking, 7 university graduates and
1 high-school graduate. All employees are highly skilled, speak at least one foreign
language and are computer literate. A high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm,
fidelity and team work-orientation are the guarantees of good results and Company's
prosperity.
